Kindred Developments was founded by Joshua Kindred, building on the success of the Kindred real estate business—a name trusted by locals across the Moreton Bay Region. We saw an opportunity to do things differently in property development, with a focus on quality homes, smart design, and creating places where people truly belong.
Our first project broke ground in 2014, and since then, we’ve delivered over 50 homes across 10 boutique developments in some of the region’s most sought-after locations—from Scarborough to Margate, Woody Point to Newport.
